1-Year Limited Warranty
Golden Future Trading Corp. ("CuisiHome") warrants that your CuisiHome product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, CuisiHome will, at its sole discretion:
* Repair the product;
* Replace the product with the same or a comparable model; or
* Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
This warranty is valid only for products purchased from CuisiHome or an authorized retailer or marketplace.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects resulting from:
* Manufacturing or assembly defects
* Faulty materials or workmanship
* Electrical or mechanical component failure during normal household use
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
* Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
* Commercial or industrial use
* Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or liquid exposure
* Improper installation or use contrary to the user manual
* Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
* Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
* Normal wear and tear
* Damage caused by fire, flooding, power surges, or other external events
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact our Customer Support team with:
* Proof of purchase
* Product model number
* Description of the issue
* Photos or videos of the product (if requested)
Our support team will review your claim and provide troubleshooting steps or instructions for repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Shipping
Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to our service location for warranty evaluation unless otherwise required by applicable law. If the warranty claim is approved, CuisiHome will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuisiHome's liability under this warranty is limited exclusively to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. CuisiHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
