Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your CuisiHome product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
* The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
* The product must be new or in like-new condition, with no signs of use, damage, stains, food residue, or misuse.
* All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty materials, and promotional items must be included.
* Proof of purchase or the original order number is required.
Products damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the instruction manual are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact CuisiHome Customer Service by email at [email protected]and provide:
* Your order number and proof of purchase
* The product name and quantity
* The delivery date
* The reason for the return
* The condition of the product and packaging
* Photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective
Please do not return a product before receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from CuisiHome.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
Once the issue is confirmed, CuisiHome will cover reasonable return-shipping costs and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns resulting from a change of mind, accidental purchase, or ordering the wrong product:
* The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
* Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
* We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
* CuisiHome is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, CuisiHome will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued by bank transfer to your bank account or by cheque. CuisiHome will contact you securely if additional payment information is required.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed. Additional time may be required for bank processing or cheque delivery.
If the returned product is incomplete, used, damaged, or does not meet the conditions of this policy, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced where permitted by law.
Warranty Claims
Product defects reported after the 30-day return period may be covered under the CuisiHome 1-Year Limited Warranty. Warranty coverage is separate from this return policy.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable Canadian consumer-protection laws.
